Nice, spacious house located in a quiet street with a view of nature. Perhaps a somewhat old-fashioned decor, but fully equipped. Advantages: cozy, enclosed garden, a small but pleasant kitchen, a decent bathroom with bath, a wood stove, good mattresses, a pool table and table football. Had a pleasant stay with the cat who was fortunately also welcome.

The house is very simply furnished. The facility is rather thrown together. The kitchen is new and modern, the rest rather old. Curtains fall off and a blind was broken. So several things need to be redone. We also recognized some black stains on the walls, where we weren't sure whether this was dirt or mold. The underfloor heating is great and otherwise you get used to the sporadic facility. The cleanliness was great and everything necessary was available.

The kitchen accessories only contain the bare essentials. Good mattresses. We would have been happy about the cleaned windows and a vacuumed sauna. Otherwise the apartment was clean and the beds were made on arrival.

Tip from the houseowner

Beautiful walking opportunities from the front door. Now also look at the nice Christmas markets nearby (Kronenburg, Bad Munstereifel).
A nice ski weekend Prum, Schwarze Mann 15 minutes drive away. Ski equipment for rent there. Also the very beautiful medieval town of Bad Munstereifel is a 25 minute drive away. You can shop there nice and cheap (Outlet). In summer Kronerburger See ideal for all types of water sports, swimming. The town of Kronenburg is also a 10-minute drive away.
The house has underfloor heating, radiators and a beautiful wood-burning stove. Firewood if present under windfang 2 floor free.
After skiing for a fee in the Sauna Infrared. Playroom for the kids makes it a cosy family home. The garden is also cosy with all the garden furniture, Barbeque, hammock, Badminton, Jeu de Boules and other games. Sleds are also under wind capture for use. UItbridled travel info, hiking trails in the corridor present.
