We enjoyed the peace in this holiday home. You can completely relax here, it is quiet, it gets really dark in the evenings, etc. The beds are comfortable. The furniture is a bit dated, but it is comfortable to sit on. Upon arrival, the house is open and the owner comes by once. He is very friendly. A great place to visit many attractions in Normandy from there. Amenities like the supermarket are just over five minutes away. Last but not least: the holiday home was clean upon arrival. In short: Really a recommendation!

A very pleasant accommodation where you don't hear the noise from the road. We are quite close to Montebourg and the beach. Moreover, the owner is very kind and welcoming.

It is a beautiful house where we stayed. Located in the countryside, wonderfully quiet, 5 kilometers from the coast. From here, we visited 4 D-Day beaches, various cemeteries and memorials, and Mont Saint Michel was also easily accessible from this house. My boys, aged 12 and 10, could play football in the area, and at the end of the path, there is a meadow with cows. And if the weather is bad, there is plenty of space inside to do your own things.

Upon arrival no owner but the key was in the lock with a nice welcome note in very poor English. Later she got a friendly woman who was asked if everything goes and if there was anything needed. She was so happy to speak French chat is a plus. They let guests free, we have seen her more only at our vertrek.Het house is in a quiet oasis, beautiful oak trees rondom.Kijk "most evenings at the sky, so you see the stars and the Milky Way here never home! giddy mooi.Dit is also a house where you can enjoy a read, take enough with it.

The door was open and afterwards the daughter of the owner came by. It was very nice to arrive, I could quietly unpack everything. The children could cycle far on the domain without me constantly having to be there as there are no cars driving there.

The traveler has the entire building. The tall building a few tens of meters further is a former stall. This holiday home is therefore completely isolated between the fields and is ideal for those who seek peace and quiet. The house itself, however, sometimes feels damp inside, sometimes in the living area it sometimes smells of mild humidity. It is also a very dark house, even in the daytime you have to light the lights. Just behind the house is a cornfield, the other fields around are ordinary grass fields.

beautiful in the countryside, on arrival everything was open, key in the door. Authentic house from 1724 overhauled from the inside. Not super luxury but everything we needed was there. A huge peace.

Accommodation was exactly what we expected. Lovely Quiet. At home everything neat clean. Reception was not e hung a note that we jester could go inside. Only a few days later, the owner, with apologies.

This is a great place for people who seek the beauty and quietness of the Normandy countryside. Around the house you can discover a beautiful country lane and some old abandoned stables (the domain or some owls). At night it is a great place to watch the milkyway! The location of the house is good for dico suspension this part of Normandy. Nearby Utah Beach was a bit boring, but the beautiful beaches of the north and west are one hour driving at the most. Plenty of nice things to see closer by though. The facilities in the house are a bit oldfashioned looking, but everything is in great order. We really enjoyed our stay!

Wonderfully quiet in this beautiful renovated farmhouse. I don't think the renovation is completely finished yet, we are still missing some furnishings such as cabinets and paintings, for example. In the kitchen, the crockery should be updated a bit. The blankets should really be replaced by duvets, which immediately removes a piece of musty air. It is also nice that there is WiFi via 4G. A nice quiet location where we can easily last two weeks. There is also plenty to see in the area, so great holiday.

We have a wonderful week in Normandy with exceptionally good weather for the time of year, first week of May, only had sun and not extremely hot. The house was fine, but the dishwasher was broken, new was ordered but could not be delivered on time and so we have hand-washed, was doing fine. We were surrounded by nature with no neighbors and only the house and the area "s pitch dark night, delicious and lots of rest. We were able to unwind for a week lovely.

The house is very quiet with a long narrow driveway from the road. The area has lots to see. You can heelijk walk on the beach. The invasion beaches are the many museums nearby. The bunkers at Azeville are impressive and Pont du Hoc is also highly recommended.

In the autumn, accommodation is remote every day driving to visit pluses interesting places over jovial (owner came only on the last day along, no problem for us) Negatives dark interior (small windows especially in living room), no wifi (seems next year come), a dishwasher last days broken (reported)

We came to the landing beaches and the beautiful coast of the Cotentin, before the house was a great base. The weather did not cooperate, otherwise it was sure to become a super week!

Very quiet in the hills of Normandy. France. The bakery on 3km.Beheerder very friendly. Plenty of room. An excellent location for you to visit here from all special museums and beaches of the invasion of the 2nd world war. A must to remember.
