Absolutely fantastic experience, the house is set up in such a way that kids and grown-ups can enjoy it in their own way and also together. The game room is awesome, and the surroundings are as well. This is a house I would definitely like to revisit. Also, one note for the homeowner, she is one of the kindest homeowners I have met, very helpful.

What a beautiful, child-friendly, fully furnished house! And what a sweet owner! Had a wonderful family weekend with adults and 6 small children, 3 of which were under 3 years old. Stair gate, playpen, high chairs, rocking chair, everything is there, even a baby bath on support and nursing homes. The playroom and go-kart, volleyball and many games and toys are super complete... you really don't have to bring your own toys. Great! We will definitely come back!!

The house is fantastic and very suitable for twelve people, including children. The garden, the outdoor toys and the play attic were a great success. Starting in the house was very pleasant with toilet paper, soap, a cozy tea light. Recommended!

We were allowed to come a little earlier and were received very warmly. The accommodation is fantastic. We had a nice weekend with the children and grandchildren. The grandchildren did not get bored for a moment. They can do anything. The area is beautiful and wonderfully quiet.

What a lovely cottage and what a lovely setting! The proprietor was very friendly and helpful. Everything is in the house! For our 3 children of almost 2, 2 and 4 we did not have to take any toys. There is a games room for all ages to find. Also in the basket with DVDs is something for everyone.

In a word, fantastic! We could arrive earlier than was in the contract. The rooms are very spacious and each room only or a cot. The play loft is provided with more than sufficient toys. Also there is diverse outdoor toys in the barn. In addition, the kitchen is well equipped. I felt even a mixer and a blender in a cupboard! We feel like family very entertained. We even got a tour of the farm owners. Just a phone call and they took the time to show you the whole company which was very impressive. Nearby is also plenty to see and do. Erve Brooks is recommended, with different walking "programs for both young and old. We certainly recommend this location for groups with children.

This is not a vacation home but a lovely house, flowers stood in a vase. Friendly owner. Beautiful area with lots to do fun things. Lots of toys for the kids and a kitchen with a dining table that I would like to have at home. a volleyball court near the house where the adults every night entered into the battle with each other. despite the not so nice weather had a wonderful holiday !!

What a wonderful house! We had a rainy weekend, but it was not a problem to entertain us for the most part. And luckily it was also just dry so the go-karts could be tested -) Environment is fun too, with better weather we would like to go back again. Now we have been in Hengelo, to the technology museum, which is really a must!

This is a beautiful 6-bedroom farmhouse for 13 people in the Dutch countryside of Neede. It offers a great view of the surrounding pastures and is full to the brim with games like table tennis, foosball, shovelboard, volleyball, and boules.
There are lovely forests and farms in the area where you can take walks or cycle to your heart's content. Neede has a sub-tropical swimming pool, as does Haaksbergen which is 10 km away. There's also a recreational lake in Hambrook, 7 km away. You will find supplies and restaurants within 5 km of the home.
The home has a garden with furniture and a terrace. It is child-friendly and has three children’s beds two high chairs, play equipment, and a playpen. You're allowed to bring up to 2 pets.
The Enschede Airport Twente is 30 km away.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters.
