A clean, light and spacious house. Plenty of room for everyone. Good beds. The only small disadvantage is that the bedroom downstairs has a lot of inside view, and you always have to close the curtains. Otherwise everything is in order.

beautiful house, very spacious and very clean. View of the golf course, many garden birds different from us, beautiful walks through the woods but very hilly attention .. Small flat, home of 12 people but it would take one or two larger pans and a complementary fridge. Very nice area to discover In the restaurant, I do not recommend pizzas not good at all, it was expensive for what it is.

Good reception at the reception, accommodation was as described and so entirely to your liking! Environment of the house really child-friendly, they have been able to fully live near the house! Some minuses in our house were the small window curtain on the bathroom window on the ground floor and the absence of a chair or coat rack on the bedrooms and bathrooms to put away or hang something from clothes (eg dressing gown)

A very pleasant stay! The villa is in a nice location, perfect for exploring the Moselle region, We appreciated the attention to detail in the furnishings, Although some facilities were under renovation, we still had a wonderful time enjoying the local scenery and dining options

Clearly indicated. The GPS did take the tourist route, turning and steep uphill, while at the exit there are signs with a safer road. So best to follow that. Very nice environment but indeed, as in the reviews, little privacy between the houses. With us it was quiet and the houses next to us were not occupied. Also the WiFi that needs to be paid for is not of this time and duration.

The house was great !!! It was clean and big - just as we imagined. The staff at the front desk were always approachable and very helpful. It was a nice time. A negative point but not decisive were the beds. The mattresses were too soft.

Friendly reception at the reception. Very nice accommodation, however in the bedroom and bathroom below hung a sewer air. The toilet was dirty and have cleaned it themselves. We very much enjoyed the environment.

Unfortunately we had to let our neighbors know on the second evening after 11.30 p.m. that they would turn their music down. The next night we were singing quite loudly in the morning hours, but we could only determine the direction.

House for 12 people: very good layout of the rooms, suitable number of bedrooms, each family (4) had its own bathroom :-)) + 2 separate toilets, large living/dining area with open kitchen, 2 refrigerators - super!! Very nice large dining table, you could sit comfortably! The kitchen was well equipped, but we were missing a few small things: knife, vegetable peeler, large cutting knife, bottle opener, thermal carafe, and a toaster would have been nice too. In the center, there were many play options for young and old - it would have also been nice if there had been a playground for smaller children in the living area!! Unfortunately, the weather during Pentecost was not very nice, so archery could not take place, but we went for 'footgolf', which was a lot of fun!! Indoor play areas for smaller and larger children - very good! Supermarket with wine shop - very well stocked - rolls, even without pre-ordering, were plentiful! All the staff at the holiday resort we had contact with were very friendly and helpful!!!!!

These detached 12-person villas are spread out over the spacious Cochem holiday resort.
The villas were restyled in 2018 and are furnished in a modern and complete way. You'll have five bedrooms at your disposal, one of which on the ground floor and four upstairs. Three of the bedrooms feature two single beds and two have three single beds each; some in a double set-up. There are four bathrooms, one on the ground floor and three upstairs. One of the bathrooms features a traditional sauna.
A storage room with washing machine and dryer complete the picture.
There is also a garden with a terrace and garden furniture. There's room to park one car at the villa. The other cars can be parked in the central parking.
Please note that there is working going on this park regarding different facilities. Inconvenience cause is regretted!
2027: The swimming pool is closed from 11.01 to 17.01.2027 due to renovation work.
