Welcome to this newly-built holiday home situated south of Borgholm, on beautiful Öland! In this delightful cottage you will be only 2 kilometres from the sea and 20 minutes walk from the lovely town of Borgholm. The cottage is set on the same plot of land as the owner's home . It has an open-plan kitchen and living room that opens onto the terrace. The cottage has air conditioner all year around and also underfloor heating in the bathroom. The living room is equipped with a bunk bed and a sofa bed. A steep set of stairs will take you up to the mezzanine where there's a mattress with a width of 140 centimetres. The bathroom has a WC, a washbasin, a shower, and a washing machine. Please note that the cabin is not rented out to youth groups. Öland has plenty of lovely bicycle trails which makes it easy to go places by bike. The nature here is stunning and there's a number of lovely beaches to choose from. If you enjoy golfing, Ekerum is nearby, offering one of Sweden's largest golf courses. Families will enjoy the zoo and the amusement park by the bridge, Ölandsbron. Köpingsvik is another nice place to visit. Or why not take a boat trip over to the mainland and explore Småland? Welcome to this lovely holiday home set on beautiful Öland!

Stay secluded on the wide stretch of beach in Långlöt where you can really enjoy animals and nature. You have a sea view and walking distance over the beaches meadows down to a fantastic sandy beach where you can enjoy a quiet and nice bath. Note that choirs and horses graze on the beach meadow, which creates a wonderful feeling of being one with nature. For those who are afraid of cows and horses, the property does not fit. It is very important to close gates behind you to keep the animal in check. Ni has three small houses. The largest has an open plan with a kitchen area equipped with a kitchenette with two cooking plates, fridge with freezer compartment and coffee maker. Here there is a matplats, sofa and a double bed of 140 cm. There is a smaller house, also with an open plan. Here there are two beds, as well as an open part with shower and sink. Then there is the smallest purple house with a separet. The separate room is replaced by the owner of the house, so it is nothing that guests need to think about. In the garden there is outdoor furniture where you can lie back and enjoy the peace. Here you live nicely on Öland's quieter Östra side and can explore the island. There are plenty of cafes, farm shops, inns, attractions and more eastern beaches. You also don't have far to Borgholm if you want a large selection of restaurants and shops.

You live here with the best location on a large plot surrounded by a beautiful hedge, which gives a lovely feeling of having your own oasis in the midst of the charming harbor scenery. From the balcony, you can lean back in the comfortable sun loungers or enjoy a glass of bubbly in the cozy lounge group. You also have a balcony on the front side with sea views. There are also outdoor furniture in the garden. There is plenty to do in Grönhögen. The restaurant "Karlas Hamn" is just down by the harbor. The restaurant Kvarnen is also within walking distance. Ottenby with Långe Jan Lighthouse, located on Öland's southern tip, can be seen from Degerhamn. It's Sweden's highest lighthouse and features bird stations, museums, and restaurants. The beautiful Eketorp Castle is just 7km away.

The old coastal road runs along the Western coast, offering breathtaking views. There are many beaches to choose from, such as Tingskullen and Sandvik. But you're also not far from Böda or Byrums rolling sand beaches. In Löttorp, you'll find plenty of fine restaurants. In Sandvik, you can enjoy good food in a lovely setting. Even larger towns like Borgholm and Byxelkrok are within reach if you want a wider range of options.

The plot is secluded and here you can enjoy wonderful days off. You have two lovely verandas with outdoor furniture on each side of the house. The house has a large living room with sofas. You have a kitchen with a dining area and most of what you'll need. There are two bedrooms. One with a double bed and the other with a single bed. The sofa in the living room can be converted into an additional double bed. Bathroom with toilet, sink, and shower. Please note that the washing machine is not to be used. Really homely and fresh house in Spjutterum with glazed conservatory and large lovely balcony. Here you live perfectly on the slightly quieter eastern side of Öland with a good location for exploring the island. The house has a large open living room with kitchen, nice dining area and living room with comfortable furniture. The open upper floor is separated by a partition wall. Here you sleep in a double bed and a 140 cm wide sofa bed for two. On the lower level there is a bedroom with a family bunk bed where the lower bed is 140 cm wide and accommodates two who want to lie close. The bathroom with wc, sink and shower is on the lower level. You have a lovely glazed conservatory where you can enjoy well into the evening. You can reach the nice balcony from the balcony door from inside or from the conservatory. There is fine outdoor furniture and a charcoal grill here. You only have 3.8 km to Öland's eastern coast with Bjärby Badplats, where you can experience a wonderful sandy beach. Bläsinge is also a lovely sandy beach. There are many "gems" to discover on Öland's slightly quieter east coast. You have beautiful nature and lovely hiking trails such as Nunnedalen close in. Gråborg is Öland's largest ancient castle, you also have Borgholm's castle ruins which you must not miss. In the summer, there are many lovely cafes, ice cream cafes, fashion studios, flea markets and farm shops to explore. In Runsten there is Antik & Loppis which is well worth a visit, there is also Runstens Gård with its popular farm shop. If you want to enjoy a larger selection of restaurants, ice cream cafes and entertainment, it is 20 km to Färjestaden and 25 km to Borgholm. If you want more well-visited beaches, there is Köpingsvik not far away or wonderful Böda with its undulating beaches located higher up on Öland.
