You are welcomed by a large garden with barbecue area above the house with an old stone fenced yard around the plot. The house is homely with elements of classic Swedish style from the 70s. The hall is spacious with space to hang up outerwear. The hall and living room are integrated with open space. There is a stove here that crackles a lot on chilly evenings. Directly to the left is the house's one bedroom with an extra bed for 2 people. Bed linen is not included. Straight ahead, the small charming kitchen opens up and to the left is the house's second bedroom with 2 90 cm beds. The living room is bright with large windows facing the garden. Here are sofas, an armchair and a TV corner. There is also a dining table with plenty of room for the whole party. In the guest cabin at the back of the plot there is two additional beds for two people. There is room for 6 people in total and your accommodation is perfect for a family with children or a couple. Between the guest cabin and the house itself is the toilet, which is a composting toilet . All furnished in a very charming style. The shower is an outdoor shower with curtains and with the bare sky as a roof and the birds as company. There is only summer water, there is no hot water. Final cleaning is not included. The service cannot be purchased. This accommodation is close to Skara sommerland if you are a family with children. If you are also interested in history, a visit to Varnhemskloster is recommended or take a trip to Naturum Hornborgarsjön for a fantastic nature experience.

Welcome to beautiful Torö, an island connected by a bridge in the southern Stockholm archipelago, and to a lovely house with both a sauna and a pool. Large terraces, perfect for cosy summer days, make this a place where the whole family will feel at home. There are two houses on the property: a larger main house and a smaller adjoining annex. This setup is ideal for two families who want to holiday together while staying in separate houses. The main house offers spacious areas for socialising, as well as a laundry room with a washing machine. Please note that the water comes from a private well and may appear slightly cloudy, but it is safe to drink. The main house has two bedrooms – one with a double bed and one with two single beds – as well as a bathroom with a toilet and shower. The smaller house features a large bedroom with a double bed and a smaller room with a 90 cm bed. There is also a 105 cm bed in the small living room. The annex includes a kitchen and a toilet, but no shower. Showers are available in the main house or in the sauna house, as well as an outdoor shower by the pool. Please be mindful of water usage. The Stockholm archipelago is sensitive during the summer and may occasionally experience water shortages. The pool is 130 cm deep and has a cover that can easily be pulled over to protect it from leaves and other natural debris. On the large pool deck there are sun loungers and dining tables in two areas, providing plenty of space both outdoors and indoors. The pool area is private and borders the forest, which begins at the edge of the property and is perfect for pleasant walks. Torö is home to one of Sweden’s best surf beaches at the Ören Nature Reserve. The area also offers unique flora, mushrooms, and a long pebble beach, as well as excellent opportunities for hiking. On the island you will find a local grocery store, cafés, and a sourdough bakery. If you wish to visit a larger town, Nynäshamn is nearby – a charming summer town with restaurants along the harbour. Cottage next to the canal and close to swimming. Right next to the outdoor area Lunnedet and Knappforsen's sluice with a view of the canal you will find this gem. The cabin is renovated and cozy with everything you could possibly need for a pleasant stay here. The bathroom has a WC, washing machine and shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything from microwave, coffee maker and kettle to dishwasher and waffle iron and toaster. In the spacious living room you can spend rainy days in front of the fireplace. The sofa can be made into a bed and has room for two people. The sleeping loft that you find from the living room has a double bed. Large terrace with sun from morning to evening. The electric awning (remote control) helps keep the cabin at the right temperature even in the height of summer. Boat and raft can be rented on site. On the raft there is a large table with four chairs and a smaller table. The raft is powered by an electric motor and the owner makes sure the battery is charged. The boat is also powered by an electric motor. The grill that is in the cabin can be taken with you if you want to grill on the raft, flame protection is available so that you don't burn ugly marks on the raft. There are also plates, cutlery etc. in the raft. There are also two ladders and anchors so you can stop and take a dip. After sluicing, you come out into the lake system "Bergslagskanalen" which takes you all the way up to Filipstad. The luice is located approx. 700 meters from the cottage. Alternatively, if you have your own boat, there is a loading ramp above the luice. During the summer months, there is a lot of activity at Knappforsen/Lunnedet in the form of music performances, camping, car meets and much else exciting. You can get here by a short 10-minute walk or 5 minutes by car. Plenty of hiking trails in the area. At close driving distance there are 4 different golf courses, as well as a golf simulator, padel and sport shooting (Storfors). Inside Karlskoga you will find everything from shops to entertainment, such as the very popular Boda Borg.

Welcome to a small but cozy newly built house. The house has all the comforts on a small surface, for the small family or one or two adults. There is two beds in the loft that have sitting height but not standing height. Downstairs there is a sofa bed for two. The fully tiled bathroom has underfloor heating, shower and WC. A large private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue for cozy summer evenings. The house is located with the back towards the owners' house and the front and the balcony are towards the forest, wonderfully restful. Just 300 meters from the house is a swimming lake that is popular, there are many natural areas with nice hiking trails nearby, but also close to Stockholm's inner city with its culture, restaurants and theaters. Here you can experience everything from the ABBA Museum, the Vasa Museum, the Royal Palace, and much more. If you want to swim, Farsta Strandbad is conveniently located with lake swimming from either the beach or the pier. For those who prefer swimming in the sea, Årsta Havsbad is a great option, offering a beautiful beach. When bed linen is added, towels are also included. It is not allowed to charge electric cars at the cottage.

Welcome to a comfortable apartment just before the summer town of Grisslehamn in northern Roslagen. Here you stay on the upper floor in a house with an attached small balcony. There are also other cottages on the plot (in Bullerbyn) which can also be rented if you are a larger group, see cottage 08907 and 44245. Here you stay rurally and idyllically but are close to both Hallstavik (20 km) and to Norrtälje (45 km) ). The apartment is newly renovated and has an open-plan living room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with two hotplates, oven, microwave and fridge/freezer. In the living room there is a sofa group that can also be converted into a single or double bed. Between the living room and bedroom in the hall are two built-in beds that are 80 cm wide and 180 cm long. In the bedroom there is a double bed and a single bed. The bathroom contains a shower and toilet. The owners also offer the option of booking breakfast for self-catering. Then acid flow sessions can also be organized if there is interest. There is also a restaurant just 50 m from the cottage, Folk & Fä, where you can book both breakfast and dinner, subject to availability. The restaurant has full rights. If you want to go on excursions, there is a lot to see in the immediate area, take the bus to Singö, Fogdö and Grisslehamn with cafes, restaurants and grocery stores. The Albert Engströms museum is located in Grisslehamn. You can take a day trip to Åland from Grisslehamn, they have very good food, sit on the deck and enjoy the sea of Åland, or just walk in the wonderful environment of the Roslag. Good to know: The owner of this cabin has two more cabins for rent, if you are a larger group, you can for example rent all three cabins. The other cabins have numbers: 44245 and 08907. There is a charging post for electric cars in the yard. The house owner offers the Eckerö Line cruise when booking 2 days or more. Breakfast bag can be booked on site at a price of SEK 149 / bag. There is a motorboat on the farm which is included in the rent. Please note that the boat is shared with other guests in the cabins next door. The guest himself is responsible for the cost of petrol. Washing machine can be used for a fee. The owners are happy to rent bicycles for SEK 50/day or SEK 100/week. If you want to relax after the excursion, the wood-burning sauna can be booked on site.

Here, you have only 120m for a nice swim at one of the cottage area's bathing areas, where there are jetties, swimming rafts and a common sun deck. On the house's large terrace, you have both a dining area, lounge furniture and sun loungers. You have three buildings that are connected to the patio deck. The large cabin has a nice open kitchen/living room with a dining area and comfortable sofa furniture (the sofa here is a sofa bed). In this kitchen there is a sink, fridge, coffee maker and two hotplates. In the large cabin there is also a bedroom with a double bed of 160 cm. In the beautiful guest cabin there is an open bedroom with a single bed and a sofa bed that can be made into a double bed of 140 cm. There is also a sleeping loft with a lower ceiling height where there is a double bed. At the back of the house is the third house which houses an extra kitchen area with a dishwasher, oven, fridge and freezer. Here there is also the bathroom with a separate entrance from the outside, which is equipped with a separate, sink and shower cubicle. The separate unit is replaced by the owner of the house. There is another swimming area in the cottage area with a sandy beach, jetties and swimming raft.You also have an inflatable kayak to explore the lake with. There is a smaller grocery store in Fagerhult 3.5 km away. There is also Välenbadet's campsite with a restaurant that offers simpler meals. There is a larger grocery store in Högsby. If you want to go to the coast/sea, there are Oskarshamn and Kalmar, where there is also a larger selection of restaurants and shops. You can enjoy day trips to Astrid Lindgren's World, the "Glasriket" of Kosta Boda and Kleva Mine. Even more local gems such as Aboda Klint and More Kastell are well worth a visit. Welcome to this house located in the parish of Ardre on a large plot fenced with game fencing. Here you live in a house located on land where the Vikings lived and there are many ancient remains to visit within cycling distance. If you are familiar with Viking history, it may be interesting to know that the famous Ardre stone was found in the exact place where this house is located. The house has two patios so you can watch the sunset until the last ray of sunlight fades or enjoy breakfast in the morning sun. The house is built in traditional Gotland style, with stone, plastered walls and an indoor floor made of Gotland marble with underfloor heating. Preparing tonight's dinner outside on the charcoal grill when the sun turns the sky red and enjoying the tranquility is relaxing. The house has an open floor plan between the living room, dining area and kitchen, which creates a very homely and familiar feeling. There are two bedrooms, one of which has a very comfortable double bed and the other room is equipped with two comfortable single beds. The house's bathroom is fresh and functional and equipped with a washing machine. Vitvärsfishing location is worth a visit, you can get here easily by bicycle, perhaps when you are on your way down to a day at the beach down in Ljugarn. Down in Ljugarn there is everything from lovely swimming beaches to restaurants and cafes.

Welcome to this comfortable house with sauna in Brottby just outside Stockholm. Here you live comfortably, rurally and with privacy, with the bath around the corner but also close to the heart of the capital with many activities. The cottage is comfortable and has ongoing renovations. From the entrance, you come via the hall to the well-equipped work kitchen, which includes, among other things, dishwasher. If you turn left, you enter a spacious living room with a sofa that can be converted into two sleeping places at night and a nice warming fireplace. There is also the dining area, which can accommodate many people. In the house there is one bedroom, the master bedroom with a double bed. The spacious and fresh bathroom is adjacent to the entrance and there is a shower, toilet and washing machine. Not rented out to youth groups. On the house's large screened-in balcony, you have sun from morning till evening. Here you can enjoy everything from breakfast to delicious barbecue dinners in different seating areas and part of the balcony is also covered. There is also an outdoor kitchen with (drinkable) water, where it is perfect to prepare the evening's dinner! Directly below the house over the grass lawn is the newly built guest house. Here there is a room with a bunk bed and a sleeping loft with a large dubbelsäng without legs. NOTE: The ceiling in the sleeping loft is low, no headroom! The bathroom in the guest house contains a shower, sink and a wood-burning sauna you can enjoy, no toilet. In the lake Långsjön, which is immediately below the house, there is a swimming pool which is for the residents of the area. Here you can swim from both the jetty and the sandy beach. A promenade of 5-7 minutes takes you to the owner's boating area, where you can also swim. You are welcome to borrow the owner's rowing boat to relax or fish either with a fishing rod or a fishing rod. Fishing license is included in the rent. (There are three life jackets to borrow in sizes approx. 30-50 kg.) For the golf enthusiast, you have several golf courses close by, including Brollsta GK or Lövsättra GK and here you can also eat lunch and dinner, at their nice restaurants.
