Welcome to Karlsborg, where you can enjoy a vacation by the beach in the part of Lake Vättern called Bottenviken. This substantial two-story villa features a garden and patio where you can immediately enjoy the lake view and the proximity to Vättern’s sparkling waters. The house is a solid single-story villa with a basement and offers most of the comforts you need. As soon as you enter the house, there is a hallway with space to hang clothes and store shoes, adjacent to a bathroom equipped with a shower and toilet. The kitchen is spacious and fresh, equipped with most necessities, but dishwashing is done by hand. Next to the kitchen is a separate dining area with windows overlooking the small street in the residential area. A spacious living room with comfortable armchairs invites you to relax by the fireplace, and in an adjoining section, there is another seating area and dining area. From the living room, you can access the backyard with a patio facing the lake. Downstairs, there are additional social spaces with a recreation room that has a comfortable seating area and a lovely open fireplace to warm up a cooler evening. Downstairs, you will also find the house's laundry room. Directly below the garden, there is access to a walking path along the lake, and it is about 75 meters to the nearest beach. Be sure to visit Karlsborg Fortress, which stands proudly on a hill overlooking Lake Vättern. If you have bicycles with you, it takes about 12 minutes from the house. Welcome to a place called Strandlyckan. This is a cozy accommodation within walking distance of Sweden's longest sandy beach, only 450 m. The house is located in the charming area with summer cottages and houses and is suitable for a family or group of 6 people. Here it is homely and you are greeted by a warm feeling and lush garden. The kitchen area is open with a kitchen table and stove with oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. There is a bedroom with a single bed that is 90 cm wide and a bunk bed where the top bed is 75 cm wide and the bottom bed is 120 cm wide. In the living room there is also a single bed and a bunk bed with the same dimensions as the beds in the bedroom. The house has two toilets with sinks. On the ground floor you will find a cool living room with a spacious shower with underfloor heating. On the lower floor you will also find a washing machine and dryer. The house is located in Mellbystrand and also close to Skummelövstrand, which is also a popular seaside resort with a mile-long sandy beach. If you get tired of the sea, there is a swimming pool about 700 meters from your accommodation. There is also a kiosk with simple food by the pool. There is a fee for entry to the pool area. At the square in Skummelövstrand there is a small grocery store and cafes. Within easy reach with more shops, you can walk or drive to Mellbystrand. Why not take a trip to charming Halmstad. Another favorite place is the town of Laholm, which offers cobblestone streets and cozy shopping streets. There is a lot to do and see here. Lyrön used to be called a Bohuslän in miniature with its bare, barren sea side and green, leafy interior. Here there are ancient remains from the Bronze Age, idyllic, green surroundings with small roads and several nice bathing spots. Apartment with glorious sea view on beautiful Hönö! Welcome to this fantastic apartment on the second floor of a detached villa, with a large south-west facing terrace. The apartment has two bright bedrooms, both with comfortable double beds. The cozy living room is equipped with a large sofa, perfect for relaxing evenings in front of the TV. If you want to make an extra bed here, it's fine. The spacious and well-equipped kitchen has a dining area for six people, and the nice fully tiled bathroom is fresh and functional with a washing machine. On the generous terrace, you can relax in the lounge furniture, fire up the grill and enjoy a lovely dinner with a magical view. Hönö, located in Gothenburg's archipelago, is an idyllic island that offers a perfect mix of natural beauty and charming coastal experience. Here you can enjoy salty baths, fishing trips and picturesque walks along the cliffs. Both leisure boats and larger fishing boats call at the docks to the harbor daily. The island also has a range of nice restaurants, cafes, unique shops and a very nice seafood shop. Bathing from cliffs, jetty, sandy beach and bathing stairs are available close by all over the island. Cycling on the island is preferable as you get to experience many fantastic donut spots. Around the island there are nice cycle paths. The smaller surrounding islands can easily be reached free of charge by ferry. If you have your own bicycles, it is fine to take them on the ferry. Hönö is a place full of life, perfect for relaxation and exploration. Gothenburg with the well-known amusement park Liseberg, Universeum and Paddanbåtarna is only 25 km away. The nearest convenience store is in Hönö Hamn only a few hundred meters from the cottage. The larger ICA can be found approx. 2 km from the apartment, towards the ferry stop.

Even larger towns like Borgholm and Byxelkrok are within reach if you want a wider range of options.
