In the immediate area, within a few minutes' walking distance, you reach Gårvik's fantastically child-friendly sandy beach surrounded by picnic-friendly grassy areas, here there are also great opportunities for fishing or launching a kayak for your own exploration of all the bays and beaches of the fjord. In the area there is also a viewpoint with a wide view of the fjord and surrounding landscape, a nice place to enjoy the sun rising or setting. Through Munkedal flows the Örekilsälven, which is a popular river for salmon fishing, many sport fishing enthusiasts have tried their luck over the years. In the immediate area is Torreby golf course, which is Bohuslän's oldest golf course, the course is located in a castle environment with an English-inspired castle park. Through the entrance door you enter an open plan with hall, living room with sofa group, dining room with kitchen furniture, kitchen with stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and bathroom with shower. From the living room you come out into a glass-enclosed veranda with a dining area and further out onto the cottage's balcony area with summer furniture. A lovely place for good conversation while grilling a good piece of food with something good in the glass. From all social areas you have a lovely view of the fjord and Nejd. The cottage also includes an annex that has a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and a bathroom with a shower. Between the cottage and the annex is a large lawn perfect for games and all kinds of games. The cabin has WiFi connection. The municipality of Munkedal has very varied natural areas worth visiting, everything from sea and fjord environments to deep forests with lakes and rivers. From Kaserna's canoe centre, an approx. 4 mile long paddling trail runs through lakes and waterways, a great opportunity to explore a beautiful part of the surrounding area. From the cottage you can also easily reach other municipalities and excursion destinations worth visiting, e.g. take the local road past Saltkällan, Skredsvik, Rotviksbro stop at "Två Fröknar" which is a cozy shop with both interior design and clothes. Next door is the restaurant Stallgården, which also sells organic produce in the shop "Stallgården's Pantry". Then continue with some shopping at Torp Köpcentrum or why not a visit to Bohusläns Museum. From the cabin, you can also easily make day trips to Nordens Ark, Havets Hus in Lysekil, Smögenbryggan, fishing and boating communities in the northern part of Bohuslän.

At the Båtsmannen quarter begins a larger leisure area where there are excellent opportunities for walks and the like or to bring a picnic basket and sit among the rocks that are a little reminiscent of those found in Bohuslän. In the area there are also several kiosks, restaurants, indoor swimming pools, mini golf and tennis courts. It is about 3 km to the center of Falkenberg with its beautiful wooden houses, small shops and a bustling tourist life. Taking the bus or cycling is perfectly fine. The fine white beaches at Skrea beach quickly fill up with bathers on a hot summer day. A short drive away is Falkenberg's fine golf course at Skrea. For those interested in fishing, there is the opportunity in Ätran and in the sea. A fishing license is required in Ätran. Feel free to pay a visit to the small town of Slöinge, which has both a well-known bakery and café, an ice cream factory with service and a brewery with outdoor seating.

There are also nice cycle paths both to Laholm and Båstad. Discover the Bjäre Peninsula with all its picturesque summer villages and not least Båstad, the wonderful tennis metropolis. Discover Båstad's lovely harbor area and pay a visit to the cold bath house. Just north of Båstad are Norrviken's gardens, a popular destination. You only have a short drive to Laholm. Laholm has a cozy center with small shops, cafes and restaurants. Here Lagan winds around the town and there is fine salmon fishing and a smokehouse with a restaurant. On Hallandsåsen there are also several wonderful hiking trails, tracks for mountain bikes and ski facilities. To the north you can easily reach Halmstad smed with its fantastic beaches in Tylösand, its large range of entertainment and all the golf courses. Laholm's golf club is closest to you. Nearby there is a shopping center and in the area there are a large number of summer activities, e.g. tennis padel and mingolf. Just south of you reach the Bjäre Peninsula with all its picturesque summer villages and not least Båstad, the wonderful tennis metropolis. There are excellent cycling routes to the north and south. At Hallandsås there are both ski slopes and exciting mountain bike tracks in summer. To the north you can easily reach Halmstad with its fantastic beaches in Tylösand, its large range of entertainment and all the golf courses. Why not visit the small town of Laholm with its beautiful location by the Lagan. Lagan has a nice salmon fishery (fishing license required). A short walk takes you to a small picturesque marina and the popular and lovely sandy beach. There is both a summer shop and several restaurants here. The main building has a bedroom with two single beds, a living room with dining area and sofa. The kitchen is a little smaller but well equipped and the bathroom has a shower. A lovely glass-enclosed conservatory with a comfortable sofa group and TV, which can be opened up to the garden. Right next to it is the other small cabin, which has a bedroom with two single beds, a living room with a small TV and a bathroom with a shower. Both cottages have free wifi. Outside the cottages there is a lovely patio, part of the owner's beautiful garden which is at your disposal. Here there is outdoor furniture, sun loungers made of barbecue. Olofsbo is a real summer paradise, with both shops and restaurants. The long sandy beach is very popular with families with children. In the southern part there are high sand dunes and at the small marina there are good crab fishing spots. You are also close to the lovely summer towns of Falkenberg and Varberg. In Falkenberg there are many nice little cafes, restaurants and shops. For those interested in golf, there are several golf courses within easy reach. The closest is Björhults Gk. The house is not rented out to youth groups. The area also invites you to nice walks or bike rides. Morups Tånge is a nature reserve with fantastic bird life and nice walking paths. A little further north is the small community of Glommen with its cozy fishing and marina. You are also close to the lovely summer towns of Falkenberg and Varberg. In Falkenberg there are many nice little cafes, restaurants and shops.

Welcome to cozy Årsta havsbad, an idyll in southern Stockholm, located right by the sea. The house is close to swimming and the boat jetty to Utö, here you have a sea view from the leafy balcony. The owner loves flowers and has built a fantastic oasis of roses and other fragrant and beautiful plants in the garden. There are also apple trees, pear trees, plum trees and cherry trees here, just to pick and eat. There are plenty of tomatoes growing on the large balcony, which you can also enjoy eating. The house is a 2.5-storey souterrain house. The entrance goes via a conservatory into the kitchen (note low ceiling height), from here you also get out into the garden. Half a flight of stairs up you find the two bedrooms, one with a 140cm wide bed and the other with a double bed. On this level there is also a walk in closet and a bathroom with a washing machine. Another half-stair up from here is a living room with access to the balcony. In the living room there is a Smart TV with a sound bar and selection of chanells from Allente. The house has air conditioning. There are several balconies at different levels and in all directions, around the house, totaling over 70 square meters. One is under cover and has lounge furniture and a fridge. On another spacious terrace of 30 square meters there is both a charcoal and a gas grill. In the area there are several nice baths and hiking trails and within walking distance there is a nice restaurant and kiosk. Just below the house is the bus stop. Welcome to a nice summer place on Värmdö, which accommodates two families. The houses are located on an open, bright and flat garden plot with some glimpses of the lake over Skärmaröviken, so this is close to the water. The main building is 85 square meters. It consists of three rooms, two of which are bedrooms, one of which has a double bed. The second bedroom has a bunk bed. The nicely renovated bathroom with WC and shower has tiled walls and tiles on the floor. Centrally located in the house is a spacious kitchen with a larger dining table. In the kitchen there is a stove with convection oven, a small wood stove, fan, full-height fridge and freezer and a dishwasher. Next to the kitchen, there is a pleasant family room with a fireplace with a wood-burning stove and windows in three directions, which creates a nice light let-in and a sense of space. From the family room you come out to the paved patio where there is also a fireplace. There is a winterized guest house of 65 square meters, both houses have a shower and toilet, in the bathroom of the guest house there is a washing machine. The guest house has a family bunk bed for three people and a single bed. On the large flat plot there are both fruit trees and berry bushes. It is only 100m to the bus if you want to get around and discover the area without a car. A good swimming pool with a sandy beach and jetties is about 2 km from the house.

On the grounds there is a small guest house with two single beds, there is also a microwave, TV with DVD-player and kettle. There is also a mini fridge. In a separate house there is a spacious wood-burning sauna with a shower. A separate room is in a cozy toilet house next door. All the houses are close to each other and are completely hidden from view due to large trees and hedges. Parking is available next to the hedge. If you want to take a morning dip or an evening dip in the nearby lake, it only takes a couple of minutes to walk. There is both a jetty and a small sandy beach. A wonderful cozy house!
