Welcome to our holiday home in Kirchberg in Tirol, at the foot of the Wilder Kaiser mountain range. Look forward to the impressive mountain scenery in the heart of the Kitzbühel Alps. With its two apartments furnished in alpine chic, the house is ideal for two families. A great place to spend a wonderful holiday together!

The holiday home is in a quiet but central location, close to various ski areas such as Kitzbühel and Ellmau-Scheffau. There is a small ski area right in Kirchdorf. In summer, the region also offers a wide range of leisure activities, such as numerous hiking and mountain biking routes or wellness at the Kaiserquell. There are a variety of shopping opportunities in the surrounding area (3 km).

The two comfortably furnished apartments, one on the ground floor and the other on the upper floor, have two well-equipped kitchens with modern appliances. Please note that the apartments are not connected. The other bedrooms and bathrooms also invite you to relax and unwind. The well-tended garden with barbecue and balcony with bar counter has everything you need for a relaxing evening in summer. There is also a table tennis table, an underground parking space and parking spaces at the house (for a fee). To make your start to your holiday easier, a starter pack of toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, sugar, salt and spices awaits you on arrival.

Nice and cozy house where everything was present. Beautiful area, in which there is still much to do in autumn! Too bad we were only allocated a parking space for our car after there had already been a fuss with the local neighbor…

Apartment not ready at check-in time. Three hours later at 6 p.m. the lady was still cleaning. But had plenty of time to force conversations on us instead of stepping on the gas while cleaning. Very pushy person, interfering in everything such as our dinner plans. Heating only worked in the bathroom in the lower part of the house. Baby bed a cheek, since the floor would be more comfortable compared to the mattress. Parking situation unrelaxed. Somewhat remote; you need a car for almost everything.

We look forward to welcoming you as guests in our holiday home ‘Jäger’ in Tyrol. Enjoy Alpine cosiness and atmosphere in our newly renovated and completely refurbished holiday home. We have designed the holiday home with great care and attention to detail. We are sure that you will find your personal holiday happiness in this dreamlike setting. The holiday home consists of two apartments, each with a separate entrance, directly above each other. Each apartment has two separate bedrooms (sleeping a total of six people), a large living and dining area with an open-plan kitchen, a bathroom and a separate toilet. The holiday home has an underground parking space for your car. There is also a public car park approximately 200 metres away. In winter, there are many large ski areas nearby, such as St. Johann, Kitzbühel, Waldring-Steinplatte and Ellmau-Scheffau, which are easily accessible by ski bus. The ski bus departs right in front of the main road at the corner of Café Hautz. There is also a cross-country ski trail right outside the front door. In summer, the fantastic mountain world is ideal for hiking. Right in front of our ‘Jäger’ holiday apartment, you can set off for the impressive Kaiserbachtal valley and the legendary Teufelsgasse, which are among the most popular destinations in the Kitzbühel Alps. For a more leisurely activity, visit the ‘Wilder Käser’ show dairy, just a few minutes' walk from the holiday apartment. The ‘Quellfisch’ fishing ponds in nearby Schwendt offer fishing fun for the whole family. Shopping fun can be had in the small, elegant boutiques in Kitzbühel.
